So, Claire was so emotional because she was hoping to keep things “light” with Aubrey. Remember, she figured that he’d get sick of her not wanting to have p in v sex and disappear. Then, she wouldn’t have to tell him about her medical issues, which she wrongly sees as a personal failure. Now he knows and everything has changed for her. Part of her still can’t understand why a man like him is into a woman like her.
Regarding the whole bum vagina thing: I’ve learned through research that large uterine fibroids/tumors can make intercourse painful and cause bleeding. Claire is terrified of this happening. Also, getting fingered and licked are not as… intense as p in v intercourse. The friction and the thrusting and Aubrey being a big guy would lead to an unpleasant experience for Claire if they have sex right now. One of the symptoms of uterine tumors is painful, bloody intercourse. No bueno, right?
